🚀 The Home Care Workforce Support Program Queensland is supporting the aged care sector to grow the home care workforce by 2,400 workers over the next 2 years.
âś… We will support home care providers with activities to:
1. Attract and recruit new personal care workers to the sector
2. Support new personal care workers to complete high-quality training
3. Upskill the existing workforce
🏡 Why Is It Important? The Home Care Workforce Support Program will help senior Australians to remain independent at home by growing the home care workforce. This will allow people to access safe, high-quality home care services where and when they need them.
