The Evaluation Report

The focus of the HCWSP program of work, was to increase the number of Personal Care Workers (PCW’s). The Queensland HCWSP adopted four main aims and objectives:

`1. Raising the profile of the PCW role
2. Attracting the right people to the sector
3. Screening for the Ideal candidate
4. Embedding Person-centered care

The impact of the program was measured against four Key Performance Indicators.

Mentoring Guidelines

Mentoring guidelines have been developed for you based on the learnings of the Council on the Ageing (COTA) Queensland, pilot Aged Care mentoring program, as part fo the Home Care Workforce Support Program.
